Our mission is to provide affordable ketamine therapy in Indianapolis for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression and chronic pain. We want patients to understand their options clearly and feel confident about the investment they’re making in their health.
Ketamine Therapy Cost & Pricing
Mental Health Treatment
- Initial Consultation: $199 (Only charged once after the first infusion)
- Single Infusions starting $200
- Annual plans available for maximum 20 infusions annually $3,000/year
Chronic Pain Treatment
- Initial Consultation: $199 (Only charged once after the first infusion)
- Infusions starting at $500 (rates vary based off protocol)
- Annual plans available for unlimited infusions $3,000 to 5,000/year (rates vary based off protocol)
Coaching Services
- Being True To You Coaching: $130/hour (1 hour strongly recommended prior to beginning ketamine therapy).
Treatment recommendations are personalized and discussed during consultation.

Per Infusion – $600

- Typically 1 session per week

✅ Out-of-network benefits under certain healthcare insurance plans are eligible to receive reimbursement. Approximately 75% of our patients receive reimbursement from their insurance for care delivered at Bridgeway.

Supporting Those Who Served
As a veteran-led clinic, Bridgeway is proud to support U.S. military veterans.
Veterans experiencing treatment-resistant depression are encouraged to contact us regarding available treatment options and special fee considerations. We are currently in the process of becoming a community care network provider with the Department of Veterans of Affairs (VA).
Payment Policies
Appointment Changes
Patients can reschedule or cancel appointments up to 48 hours in advance without any financial repercussions. Changes to appointments made within 48 hours of scheduled times are subject to a 50% appointment rescheduling/cancellation fee.
Late Arrival
Our objective is to ensure the safe and timely administration of care. If a patient arrives >15 minutes beyond the start of their appointment time and we are unable to accommodate their appointment on the same business day, we will charge a 50% appointment rescheduling/cancellation fee.
No Shows
Patients who are no-shows for their appointments will be charged their full visit fee.
Card On File
Bridgeway requires an active credit card on file for all patients. The card will be charged after a patient has arrived for their visit. This allows for seamless payment of in-office visits and allows us to provide consistent, high quality care.
Bridgeway will charge the card if an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, if a patient arrives after the 15 minute grace period, or if a patient doesn’t show up for a scheduled appointment.
This is in accordance with the Acknowledgement of Financial Responsibility form that every patient signs in the intake process at Bridgeway.
We know that sometimes life happens, and it isn’t possible to make it to your appointment as planned. As such, we will waive your first change fee or rescheduling fee.
